| Mr. Bottomer is a professional geologist with more than 33 years experience in global mineral exploration and development with major and junior mining companies, the last 16 years based in Vancouver, BC. Currently, he is Vice-President,
Corporate Development with Entrée Gold Inc. He was formerly President and Chief Executive Officer of Southern Rio Resources Ltd., a public company focused on gold and silver exploration in Canada. Mr. Bottomer has also served as Vice-President Exploration with IMA Exploration Inc., Director of Canadian Exploration with Echo Bay Mines Ltd., and Vice-President of New Projects with Prime Equities International. Mr. Bottomer obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in geology from the University of Queensland and a Master of Applied Science degree from McGill University. Mr. Bottomer is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia and the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. He is also past President of the British Columbia and Yukon Chamber of Mines and currently an elected councilor on the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. |

| J. Peter Davies, P.Eng.

| Mr. Davies has spent over 50 years in the mining industry including 5 years as President and Managing Director of Sierra Rutile and 5 years with Getty Mining Company where he was responsible for minerals developments including their 50% share of Escondida in Chile. He spent 6 years as Chief Mining Engineer with Bechtel Corporation; 5 years with Kaiser Mining and Exploration, including evaluation of the Bayovar phospate project in Peru; and 15 years in operations. Peter is a mining engineer from the Royal School of Mines, University of London, where he was awarded the Brough medal. |

| Alvin Jackson, P.Geo.

Mr. Jackson is a professional geologist with more than 35 years of experience in Canada, Norway, New Zealand, Africa, Europe, and China. A co-founder of Nordic Diamonds Ltd., Mr. Jackson acts as Chairman and CEO for that company, as well as Chairman and CEO of Red Dragon Resources Corp. Prior to forming Nordic Diamonds, Mr. Jackson was President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of EuroZinc Mining Corp. Mr. Jackson was formerly Explorations Manager for Amoco Minerals/Cyprus Minerals Group.
As President of EuroZinc Mining Corp., Mr. Jackson successfully developed an operating mining company in Portugal. In June 2004 EuroZinc was successful in the acquisition of the Neves Corvo copper mine, which currently produces 200 million pounds of copper annually. Mr. Jackson was instrumental in the negotiations and the acquisition. Prior to this acquisition, he negotiated a series of agreements with the State mining company in Portugal whereby EuroZinc acquired 100% interest in the Aljustrel zinc-lead deposits in southern Portugal. EuroZinc, a large major producer of copper and zinc with a market capital of over $1.2b dollars, merged with Lundin Mining in 2006. Mr. Jackson has also been involved in the exploration, drilling and prefeasibility studies of 3 other exploration projects that all became producing mines. |

| Dr. Stephen Ramsey, PhD., P.Eng.

| Dr. Ramsay is a professional engineer specializing in water quality, water treatment, risk assessment and risk management. Dr Ramsay has been involved in teaching, research and consulting in areas relating to water quality and risk assessment for over 25 years. He has a PhD in Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics from Cambridge University, England as well as a BSc in civil engineering and an MSc in mechanical engineering from the University of British Columbia. Dr. Ramsey is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta, the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of BC, the Professional Engineers Ontario and the Institute for Risk Research, University of Waterloo, Ontario. He has worked with companies in Canada, the US and England including Psoda Consulting, Sandwell Engineering and Biome Technologies. |
